Meet Cara

Specializing in residential real estate, I have been a licensed Realtor in the Triangle area for 16 years. Leading my clients through the maze of buying and selling real estate is truly rewarding when I see their dreams come true. My background in construction, structural engineering, and design brings a uniquely informed perspective to my clients.

I'm a returning North Carolina native and have lived in the Raleigh area for more than 20 years. I attended Penn State University where I earned both my Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and Master of Architectural Engineering. Moving back to North Carolina to practice structural engineering, I designed buildings for several years at a local firm and hold a professional engineers license. I understand the bones of a house, not just what’s on the surface.

In today's competitive real estate market, timing and precision are everything. Some of the best homes are sold before they are publicly announced, and when working with me, my clients get the edge over other buyers because I have the inside track to the hottest new homes for sale. I know the greater Triangle area well and can provide expert advice on pricing and market trends. Also, with my numerous contractor, inspector, lender, and other professional relationships, I am a great resource during, before, and after the transaction.
